Dave has over 35 years experience in delivering multi discipline security solutions to the government. He is an Air Force veteran where he provided communications security leadership for over 21 years. Dave is also the founder and CEO of Missing Link Security . Since founding Missing Link Security in 1995, he has provided security leadership for a variety of agencies including Homeland Security, Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Department of Defense, and other government and commercial clients.

While other children were bouncing around between what they wanted to be when they grew up, I knew what I wanted to be -- originally a California Highway Patrolman. I wanted to drive a police “chaser” car and go really fast with the lights and siren blaring en route to and from Las Vegas to Los Angeles. I grew tired of waiting for my number to come up to attend the academy, which led to my decision to join the Air Force first and return as a veteran. Today, Dave is a licensed Private Investigator (DCJS# 99207799) and Special Conservator of the Peace(SCOP)Special Conservators of the Peace, Authority and Jurisdiction The order of appointment may provide that: A special conservator of the peace shall have all the powers, functions, duties, responsibilities and authority of any other conservator of the peace within such geographical limitations as the court may deem appropriate within the confines of the county, city or town that makes application or within the county, city or town where the corporate applicant is located, limited to the judicial circuit wherein application has been made, whenever such special conservator of the peace is engaged in the performance of his duties as such. The special conservator of the peace is a "law-enforcement officer" for the purposes of Article 4 (§ 37.2-808 et seq.) of Chapter 8 of Title 37.2. The special conservator of the peace may use the title "police" on any badge or uniform worn in the performance of his duties as such..--Virginia State Police . He has participated in several forensics cases that led to prosecution.
